You can tell by the livery. I recognized the 747-400 right away.

On October 31st, 2000, the 41 year old 747 was pushed back from stand B5 at CSK, which was later TPE? Somehow, they ended up in the wrong runway.

The 747 ended up in 05R, instead of 05L. This made them take the closed runway, and crash, killing 83 passengers and crew. The aircraft collided with construction equipment.
