I remember someone did that and the kid actually was going thru a hard time so 6 years later i check the local news, he tied the noose. The note explained that scene and how he saved up 250$ to buy this kid some kinda tech thingy as an apology. I remember they forced me into a court because i knew that kid a lot but it didnt go anywhere because he is dead. THEY ALSO SHOWED ME THE BODY!
