Fascism is about the Nation and State, Nazism is about the idea of the Aryan race.

Franco was more of a normal ass dictator then a fascist. he worked with the Falange Española, (The fascist party) but he also worked with the Carlists.
he mashed them together into the Falange Española Tradicionalista y de las JONS (FET y de las JONS). not quite a fascist goverment.
