Lilly is a Pokemon from my Pokemon games that I decided to use for my Imgflip because I loved her so much. So she is technically a middle ground between Official Pokemon and OC.
I forgot to mention, it also applies to Lilly Jr, Lilly's Petilil daughter who is currently on a field trip to the Hisui region while her mother is in Paldea.
