yes, they should be, its actually EXTREMELY bad if an asteroid gets that close, this is because it could create dramatic visual effects and intense shockwaves (sonic booms) that might be felt on the ground, causing earthquakes, tsunamis, etc
This is probably ragebait, but it wouldn't be bad at all. 547 million miles is over 5 au, or 5 times the distance between the Earth and the Sun. That's far past the asteroid belt, and definitely isn't going to cause a sonic boom considering both how sparse any air is in space and the unlikelihood of the air collected by the asteroid getting separated from it and somehow hitting Earth, as well as the sheer mass and velocity of the air that would be needed to actually do any damage through Earth's atmosphere. People likely wouldn't be able to see the asteroid even with a telescope (a handheld one at least), so it's not as if there will be any dramatic visual effects.
