yes, because every single country except the US uses celsius, so no one outside the US is gonna understand what the f**k farenheit temperatures are except for 32F=0C.
Fahrenheit is still partially used in the UK and Canada

it does because if you call a country by their 36 year ago name, nobody's gonna understand what the f**k you're saying until they look it up, unless you're talking about the USSR.
