It depends on whether you were even sorry for the sin of killing the baby. If not, you go straight to hell, so you actually end up worse than the baby, in which some speculate that the baby actually might go straight to heaven in this case.

Christian here, few things you got wrong.

1. You can't just "Confess" a sin and you're saved, you have to be with God and WORK for it. Can't sin just to repent for it immediately

2. Pretty sure all babies go to heaven if they have not done anything wrong, or are unaware about religion at all
