Mass infection is a basic range attack that can poison wario, Entanglement is also a ranged attack that can stop wario from moving until he closes every popup, rejuvenating the rotten can bring dead people back to life as zombies to fight for 1x
1x also can change his size at will to be bigger or smaller
so unless 1x has to follow super mario bros game rules and die after 3 hits, wario has a 10% chance of winning against 1x

If you’re gonna factor in gameplay mechanics for 1x, then you might as well do that for wario (if wario gets a gameover, he automatically loses), and all wario is getting from gameplay is some extra lives to fight against 1x and a few saving graces if wario happens to fail a microgame while fighting 1x

Hey it was nice to argue for several days at this point about wario vs 1x, but i think we’re just wasting time at this point and should probably stop , if you want to do some research on a lore acurate 1x1x1x1, you should look for any 1x lore that john shedletsky (a former admin of roblox and the person who made alot of the official classic roblox lore) has made because forsaken isn’t a official roblox game so the lore on 1x in that Roblox game might not be accurate to the official lore
