I have a great counterpoint.
One day a puddle wakes up. It says "Wow, this world I am in is perfectly suited for me. It must have been made by another being for me."
We think these processes and environments must have intelligent design because they suit us perfectly. I say otherwise. We evolved to suit our environment perfectly. Also, there are about 22 sextillon planets in the observable universe alone. There is a near 100% chance of life working well on at least one of these planets. If one single planet had intelligent life in the universe, the life on it would think it crazy that their planet is perfect, but it isn't, because they are the only ones who can comment on that because their planet is perfect. Also, space being huge isn't a shocker to me, personally, but feel free to explain why it is to you.
Finally, while nothing can come from nothing, true nothingness is impossible. There always has to be something, like laws, quantum fluctuations, or virtual particles.
So, no, the chance of our existence is ridiculously high. We can exist without a God.
