Honestly, Trump is a far better person than I could ever hope to be. If I was in his shoes I would have started saying things like this as soon as I realized the Democrats' entire political platform is that they aren't Trump and will always support the exact opposite of whatever Trump wants.
Speaking of which, if he were to actually say something like this, it would be quite interesting because it would leave the Democrats with two "horrible" options:
1. Do the opposite of what he said without hesitation (and prove that THEY'RE the ones in a cult), or
2. Finally reevaluate their position and realize that their constant attempts to prove Trump wrong on completely black and white issues is why they keep losing.
Of course, knowing them, they'll pick the hidden third option: realize it's ridiculous, but continue to do the same thing over and over again and still fail to understand why their party has been constantly disintegrating right before their eyes for almost a year.
