If you don't know who Soulvester is, he was a new Toon shown by Qwel. I believe he's related to Connie in some sort of way. He is a set of knight armor btw, and I absolutely LOVE his/her design!!!!!

Qwel did say that Soulvester has longer hair than Connie, so maybe that "tail" is just hair. Also, in his Twisted Form, he has the ghost tail.
