Interesting, that you brought that up...after further analyzing the video, I'm almost convinced we are looking at a video composition of something not present in the original source video.

Can't fix stupid, but you can definitely fix (cut/edit) video to push a narrative.

It looks as if the editor intended to make it look like the object/gun fell loose from the tackled man's left hand...which clearly not probable because both hands are empty before the tackle.

The gun also seems to just magically appear blurred in the air before coming to focus when interacting with ground, which suggests it was a composite animated image added to last frames of source clip.

Remember the world is a stage!
