You can try right clicking and saving but depending on the device your using that can be a problem. With ios/Mac/iphone it won't save from a meme site because it selects the text on the page instead and Apple doesn't give a crap. In a search engine search for the gif, good luck finding anything nowadays, it should work by right clicking. Like if I make a gif on my iphone I can download it initially but if I was to go to the page later it'd select the text. if I make a gif on it & try to download it onto my desktop/windows it "downloads" it but it saves it as a still. I think that's intentionally similar to Android and Apple in text communication between customers of the other company. Since Google owns the encryption from rcs messaging Apple will have to create their own encryption otherwise Google can now read iphone customer's texts. rcs sucks. Not sure what an Android will do though. big tech ruined the web especially with Adobe Flash forced away. AI, SEO & html5 can suck it! Good luck!
