1. China has been making us pay 34% MORE than what we've been making them pay, so Trump raised it as a "How you like me now" statement.
2. Businesses will move to America, making it easier for resources to be obtained with WW3 upcoming, and will help restabalize the economy in America, from what Joe Biden did.
