It's sad that some countries would put you in a death sentence for simply: liking people that're the same sex as you, changing your gender, expressing yourself other than as a cis-hetero person, etc. :(
It's not a "disfigured infant" it's a silly photo of a normal infant that's just heavily edited with Photoshop, that clearly isn't natural since if it ever was it wouldn't survive long past birth
