Not a single person in the entire world wanted to know whether you downvote memes or not, and downvoting doesn't do anything regardless, they aren't visible to anyone except maybe mods/owners, and people are never going to stop posting garbage no matter what you do. And commenting on a meme just to say "I downvote every meme that doesn't make me laugh" serves no purpose on this site, just like you.
