That isn’t a saiga. A saiga looks like (and is based off of) an AK. The assault rifle in the gif is an AR style rifle, like an M16, M4, or AR15. You can tell because of the unique carry handle and front sight. Additionally, even if it was a saiga, the saiga is not a pump action.
