Jarvis was a catalyst for the big branch of ai's Tony's developed after him, That was only one of his entire library as there ones that aren't used in the franchise as there are other ai that are literal embodiments of Tony stark himself.

Early ai never had sentience there's never been any records even irl that there were any sentient ai projects.

Then it wasn’t AI due to the fact it wasn’t using thoughts. Sentience requires thought and vice versa

There are other thought processes besides sentience. Why are you so inclined into believing ai is supposed to have emotions when ai that tony stark used like B.O.S.S never had any emotions and still gave out directions and options just like any other ai tony stark has used.
