Well, While I still think godzilla would win, if you give cyn enough time, she could definitely get some good damage in. If he rushed her though, it'd be over pretty quick.
But, it has been said by the director of godzilla kotm (I think) that Godzilla’s beam is the strongest thing in nature, which in theory, is stronger than black holes
Strongest LIVING thing in nature. Cyn is neither natural nor alive, and the laws of physics care not whether the matter they absorb is part of a glowing lizard or little robot with genocidal tendencies.
Cyn is man made, and therefore not included. I'm not saying goji couldn't/wouldn't win against cyn, I'm saying it could be close depending on how fast cyn adapts.
