So on Christmas my store does a 15% extra charge due to whatever reason.
One customer didn't believe me and didn't want to pay extra. Even after I explained it to him. He said "your a worker your meant to make me happy" I calmly responded "if the price makes you unhappy I can cancel the order for you". He caved in and payed for his order after yelling at me (when he did I just took another person's order over the intercom, I work drive thru) and his face of utter bewilderment was halrious.
