I do think that would be really hard to pull of though 

The game is really physics based, and their tiny little legs might not be able to support that

I would have to say no

the updates are kind of a big event in the community 

For a while it was Patch 3, then they released Patch 4 after a while, which broke many mods (which is kind of a big part of the game), and so on 

We're on Patch 6 right now
