I actually imagined a minecraft movie like that way before the trailer dropped so the trailer was a bigger disappointment to me than it is to others

I was excepting nothing, and in return I got nothing.
It looked like a typical American comedy movie. Like cool there's minecraft in it but that was pretty much the only positive in there.
Nothing that bad I'd say, but nothing good also.
So yeah... that's that.

Adding : the first one has way more recognizable figure, that makes it way more exciting.
I think that's what lacked in the mc trailer : reference. Actual typical minecraft shit that the player base will immediately notice and like.
