Just get rid of the system if you’re never going to let people redeem points

I can claim Microsoft Rewards points on Xbox easily

I used to be able to.

Then they required aliases on that too.

But for literally no conceivable reason, they don’t let me use my actual phone number as an alias. The only way I can redeem points is to call my mom and use her phone number.

Redeeming it on the website requires you to QUITE LITERALLY own a Mac because you need to share the location with it.

Do they really go that cheap?

All I wanted was an Amazon 5 dollar gift card 😭😭😭
