Isn't the best form to go down further than that?
I was always taught that when lifting you want it to basically touch your chest for the full motion

eh not really, in the clip i was basically trying to fry out my chest on the last set. it isn't truly needed unless you're focusing on a stretch and slow eccentric reps in a set.
