In all fairness to Ray Crock V Subway, it is a little easier to open a storefront without even a deep fryer, then it is to construct an actual restaurant.
Though I guess the "McDonalds Express" gas station ones do kinda off set that a tad.
(BTW, I would just LOVE to have Sub's dressing veggies / condiment selection ready to go in my fridge at ALL TIMES)
