I don't get that a amputee is the strongest person in the world, I mean sure Shanks has supreme king haki, but not able to have a fruit or just using a melee weapon could be able to rise to the top, like someone that could just resist supreme king haki, like another user of it, could just use a ranged weapon and easily win (But haki increases fighting abilities so this entire sentence is invalid)
