It isn't, but Huggy Wuggy has a child's mind, is part of a f**ked-up entertainment franchise, and it's just another Indie horror game about something that's supposed to be a charming childhood thingy, but turns out to also be f**ked-up.
Basically it's an event where entities tear up your co-workers, orphans and every living being there is. Yeah it's focked up and traumatizing when you see the footage.
