oh, yes, that is something called "grass." you will often find leaves in it, and in the morning, it is sometimes wet. although that particular kind is called dead grass. it does not count if you touch it.

Especially where I live where there's still a ton of snow to this day on the ground!

At least I have an excuse as to why I can't touch grass! :)
