and powdered aluminum
mix the aluminum and fertilizer in a cup. use any amount depending on how much fire/explosion u want
place the mix on the paper and wrap it up
wrap it up in more paper and use some tape to keep the paper in place
next, make a fuse and attach some wire to the fuse. make a hole then stick the fuse in the hole. cover the fuse in tape and ur done.
