Woah hold up. You can do what you want with your body if you're of legal age.(i would listen to the medical pros and the history with tobacco but that's just me) But you're saying hormone replacement therapy is harmful?
Some freshmans and juniors at my junior-high school did it on my bus one time. I tried to hold my breath for as long as I could but couldn't, but I still tried holding it over and over until I got off the bus at my stop.
