Ok so I decided to put a little spin on Fatal Error
Normally he just makes everyone into puppets and has them mine code
I made it so there's 3 kinds of puppets
Overseers - watch over the other two
Miners - take things apart and harvests it's code
Surveyors - mark important things to mine

The Raven King has an IQ of around 180-190, so he might be able to outsmart him, depending on Fatal Mr's intelligence

He's bound to the confines of the Internet (which the Raven King is in. When I say internet i don't mean in universe I mean on the internet)
But other than that, the only weakness is this
He can get specific buffs from who he is using as a vessel (sonic, Mario, Kirby, Peppino, etc, in this case Mr) but if the vessel gets battered enough he is forced out of it (he's stronger this way tho)

He COULD use him as a puppet

the Bandana Bandits are really fast, the Chaos Crew specializes in elemental magic, Mimmik can clone people in the blink of an eye, High Clone Lian exists, Dr. Bolt, and Lil' Spark can make robots, L-14N is a robot, Calathea, Hemlock, and Actaea are plant monsters

Weaknesses?

BB are kinda bad at working together, CC and Mimmik have no real weaknesses, High Clone Lian exists, Dr. Bolt, Lil' Spark, and L-14N are weak to water, Calathea, Hemlock, and Actaea are plants

TRK would use the BB's lack of teamwork against them, he could use explosives against the plants
