My computer has a SSD running Linux Mint. it boots in 18 seconds. You probably have a HDD running Windows 10 and it boots in 10 minutes.

huh. I keep trying to convince my parents to get faster internet (we get 1.2 mbps) and I keep suggesting starlink (500 mbps) but they say it's too expensive. it's only 800 for the dish and 80 per month.
