8 years, at least 5 different directors, and a crap ton of false hope, but I finally watched it, and it was the first time I had ever seen a standing ovation in a movie theater. It was worth every fake ad, every poor review, every fake out, and all those years of waiting. The best 2 hours I have ever sat through in a long time.
