Agreed - i like to think mangle is possessed by Susie's dog, the leverage Afton used to murder her. But I count Elizabeth as a child william murdered, because otherwise the funtimes would have killed a different kid, and he's still be responsible, so why not for her? In total, in my opinion, he killed 7 children, Jeremy Fitzgerald, and a dog. (he killed the night guard by purposefully tampering with the facial recognition - he was trying to kill someone by doing that, and technically he killed him)

actually i think it makes more sense for the puppet to have tampered with the facial recognition, because when charlie was killed by william he was wearing a purple security vest like he always does, and charlie wanted revenge against him, so she reprogrammed the toys to attack anyone with a purple security vest because william was not in the criminal database because he hadn't been convicted of anything.

That is...really smart and makes sense. So maybe the Bite of 87 was unintentional and wasnt a real murder by him then

there were only 5. william afton put the bodies into the WITHERED animatronics, not the toy ones, because they were using the toy animatronics, while the withereds were just sitting in the back, decaying. don't you think the guests and employees and those guys would have noticed if there were a bunch of dead bodies in the animatronics? in night 1 of fnaf 2 phone guy explains that they have a facial recognition system linked to a local criminal database for the safety of the children. and the puppet, being the first victim of william afton, wanted revenge, so she decided to turn his own creations against him. however, he was not convicted of anything yet, so his face was not in the criminal database. his only distinguishing feature was his purple security vest, so the puppet reprogrammed the facial recognition system in the toys to attack anyone wearing one, which is why the toys attack jeremy during the night shift. this also caused the bite of '87, because he was assigned to watch over a birthday party on the resteraunts last day. phone guy instructed him to "wear the security outfit, and stand close to the animatronics." so you can imagine how that would turn out.
