Withered Freddy was the original version of Freddy, he has been at fredbears family diner. The kids were killed at fredbears and stuffed into the fredbear versions of the OGs, aka the fixed withered animatronics. William Afton broke the animatronics I’m guessing for parts to use for the new location, the Fnaf 2 location.

The withered animatronics were at an old version of the pizzeria. Hence why phone guy calls this place the new and improved Freddy’s. The withereds were ether destoryed by William or something.
