for everyone wondering what the meaning of this meme is: there was some guy named "tartare" in the 1800s who had some kind of medical condition (i think?) Though it's unknown what it was, it gave him the ability to eat almost anything and large quantities of food. he sometimes performed on the street and would eat rocks or anything the crowd gave him. throughout his life he did a few rather disgusting things such as getting kicked out of morgues for ummm.... well take a guess and he is suspected to have eaten a baby from a hospital though it has not been proven.
