Fun Fact: it was ruled legally that due to the sugar content in the subway bread, that its bread is legally considered cake. Yes, cake! Like the Same thing we all like to raid our fridges at night for. That heavenly icing covered joy we love sinking our sweet tooth into... That's subway bread, apparently. At least by law it is. LoL 😆
