Rocket dies for like 2 seconds but he's fine in the end.

Only thing I didn't like was the tonal shifts were very abrupt. It was like "horrific heartbreaking backstory" and then the very next scene is "haha drax and mantis" without much breathing room

Overall, it was a fantastic movie and I cried like 4 times (all of them were during rockets backstory)

I cannot wait for the f bomb when I watch it, sadly I can’t watch it in theaters :( I have to wait, AHHHHHHH I LOVE ROCKETTTTT IM GLAD HE ENDS UP OKAY!!! and I feel like the tonal shifts would be really heartbreaking but funny, thank you for telling me, I get really emotional so I’ll probably cry, I cried watching Wakanda Forever so I’m expecting to cry lol 🩵
