Well I suggest you take your time with things.
If you get mad at someone, instead of lashing out at them or someone else, walk away from the phone or computer and let it all out on a pillow or something, but not hurting anyone or damaging something, ofc.
Try calming down with any methods you know will work.
And when you do, try to be nice and understanding with people.
There are a lot of mean people on the internet, so you'll have to know what to do and what not to do.
I usually just try to be friendly and nice and that usually resolves most conflicts I've had with previous users as well as actually making even more friends.
