I have two theories on this topic.
1. Goat Sim 2 was workshopped, but never released, so they just scrapped it and worked on the 3rd one.
2. Goat Sim 2 was just the DLC for Goat Sim 1.

so basically one half of the dev team was like "haha we should call it 4 to mess with them" and the other was like "let's stick with 2, make it legit" and they agreed on 3
Bro, My Step-Dad gave me his PS4 which had Goat Simulator 2 on it, after that my mom deleted his account and added her account, after that Goat Simulator 2 was locked and I couldn't play it, trying to find the game but I still don't see it.
