And i Belgium we have huge hordes of wanna-be cyclist, called 'wielertoeristen'
But we call 'em wielerterrorists' because they are a danger to anyone on the road
That pleases me ...
I live very close to the London Surrey Cycle Route in the UK
The local roads were all closed for that annual event for one day
BUT for the 364 days of the year, the cyclist treat the roads like there are no oncoming vehicles
One or two do get taken out ! :~)
