Hey, since Article 6 Section 4 says in the constitution that "If the Senate [fail] to recruit 15 members after a period of three days after the elections have concluded, the Vice President may appoint the required amount of members.", would you be able to appoint the rest of the senators?

As I am the Head of Senate and you are the VP, I would abide by the constitution to which the constitution says that I am relieved from announcing the senators.

I have announced two senators so far, and I was pretty close to getting Modda into the senate, but Modda could join in.

We need 13 more senators to fill the senate. Let's see what the constitution says...

Article 6: Senate
Section 1: The Senate shall be formed of at least 15 members. Anyone is welcome to join the Senate if they so wish as long as they have their paperwork in order, have obtained a free voter ID from the Imgflip DMV, and have been elected or appointed by a stream to represent them. No government stream including IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS, political party stream, or stream that provides a service to PRESIDENTS such as IMGFLIP_BANK or IMGFLIP_DMV may appoint a Senator.
