than create a bookmark, the name doesn't matter
but for where it says URL, delete it and replace it with this:

Save it, then click on the bookmark and it should say: run this script again while on this page
click ok
then click it again on the page it directed you to
then it shows all of you extensions that you want to enable(keep on) or disable(turn off)

i clicked the bookmark and nothing happened
