Keep in mind:
-Try to keep your back straight and neck long, with your shoulders resting comfortably once you reach the squat position
- It can help to focus your gaze on something at eye level
-Once in the squat position, with each exhale try to sink deeper into the squat
- Keep your feet relaxed, feeling you weight spread between your heel, toes, and ball of the foot
- This is a great exercise if you are struggling to feel grounded in your practice
