Keep in mind:
- This exercise should be done slowly and with as much ease as possible, taking care to breath through each movement
- When starting the movement in a table position, ensure that your hands are at should-width and knees are at hips width apart. This will spread the weight evenly and ground you before the rest of the movement
- This pose is a great way to still the mind and relax after a heavy practice session or if you have stiff shoulders
