Keep in mind:
- This exercise is similar to the Forward Fold so keep in mind everything we learnt there
- As you clasp your hands together, push down towards the ground to pull the shoulders away from the ears whilst keeping the neck long and pulling the chest upwards
- If you feel tension during the fold, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth to release the head and shoulders
- This is a great exercise if you feel a tightness in the shoulder, chest or back
