Keep in mind:

-This exercise is great for working on your balance, don't be disheartened if it takes a couple of tries it is perfectly natural when starting this pose
-Whichever foot is raised off the ground try gently pushing your foot into your leg to encourage stability
- Keep your gaze focused on a singular point at eye level in the distance
- Keep your breaths deep and smooth
