Not exactly. Gender is a man-made construct that's on a spectrum. It's the sociatal expectations for a specific sex. If you said there are 2 sexes, that would make sense.

Those are sexes, not genders. Genders are the sociatal expectations of a sex, but they can be changed. Sex is biological.
