In the end, it's Oxx smiling happily after murdering a child.

The child's parents left him in the superstar daycare but they didn't came back for him, Ozzio found him while cleaning the daycare and started playing with it, suddenly Ozzio loses control and Oxx awakes, he sees the child and brings him to a blind spot for the camera and then killed him.
