one of my OCs had an abusive father with a drinking problem and an absent mother. he ran away at the age of 4, but his 10-year-old brother stayed behind. he got a little older and killed the dad, but the dad shot him before he died so he bled out and died in the backyard. nobody knew because this was in a secluded area. when the 4 yo turned 21, he got a gun and some pepper spray (he brought pepper spray so the dad could die as miserable of death as possible), only to find his dad's and brother's skeletons on the ground. he threw the dad into the ocean and gave the skeleton of the brother a proper funeral
does it end here? hell no.
he goes out and gets a boyfriend, starts a business, and then gets so rich he puts most of the money into savings account for himself and his boyfriend and their future child. they get married, but the husband is hit by a truck and dies, leaving him a single dad and one son. the dad is so traumatized he seeks therapy and medication and almost turns to drugs, but thinks of his son and decides not to. His son grows up and turns 15, gets depression, and attempts suicide several times. I've left it there, but ill try to update you when i can
